This research and this project are the work of Walter Wilkinson — Walter H. Wilkinson of Worland, Wyoming — a retired systems engineer (degree from the Boston University College of Engineering) and the creator of New Gorhambury at gorhambury.org.
He is, as far as is known, the only researcher currently publishing on computer-aided methods for reverse-engineering Dr. Orville Owen's Word Cipher. The Orifex specimen, the six-step delimiter analysis, the Flow Asymmetry Audit, and the bespoke non-contact scanner design are all his work.
